Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Coverage

Aurea provides Cash on Delivery (COD) service all over Pakistan. Availability may vary depending on courier service coverage.

If delivery is not available in your area, we may:

  • Cancel the order
  • Or contact you for an alternative arrangement

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time after dispatch is:

  • Major cities: 2–5 working days
  • Other areas: 4–7 working days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Courier delays

  • Public holidays
  • Unforeseen logistical issues

Aurea is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Shipping

Aurea offers Cash on Delivery (COD) service for all over Pakistan.

For COD orders:

  • Orders may be confirmed via call or message before dispatch
  • Customers must provide accurate address and contact details
  • Customers must be available at the time of delivery
  • Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in order restrictions
  • ! Parcel must not be opened before payment ( as per courier policy)

We reserve the right to cancel unverified or suspicious COD orders.

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Weight and size of the parcel
  • Courier service rates

In most cases, shipping charges are shown at checkout or confirmed during order processing.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details (if available) will be shared via:

You can use the tracking number to check delivery status through the courier service.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery is unsuccessful due to:

  • Refusal to accept order

The parcel may be returned to us. Re-delivery may incur additional charges.
