• Cash on Delivery (COD)
• Prepaid methods (if applicable)

Orders will only be processed after successful confirmation or verification.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy:

Aurea provides Cash on Delivery (COD) service all over Pakistan. Availability may vary depending on courier service coverage.

By selecting COD, you agree to the following conditions:

• Orders may be confirmed via phone call or message before dispatch
• We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear suspicious or unverified
• Customers must provide accurate contact details and complete address
• Customers must be available at the time of delivery
• ! Parcel must not be opened before payment, as per courier policy
• Refusal or repeated rejection of confirmed COD orders may result in account restrictions or order blocking

We aim to maintain a smooth and reliable COD system for all customers.

6. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

Once an order is placed, it may go through a verification process. Aurea reserves the right to:

• Accept or reject any order
• Cancel orders due to stock issues, pricing errors, or fraudulent activity
• Refuse service to customers with repeated cancellations or misuse

Customers may request cancellation before dispatch; however, once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

7. Shipping & Delivery

We strive to deliver orders as quickly as possible. However, delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on:

• Courier service delays
• Weather conditions
• Public holidays or unforeseen circumstances

Aurea is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

AUREA – Return(Exchange / Replacement) Policy

At Aurea, customer satisfaction is our priority. We aim to ensure a smooth and reliable shopping experience for every order placed. we do not offer cash refunds. Instead, we provide exchanges or replacements to ensure customers satisfaction.

8. Return Policy(Exchange/Replacement)

Customers may request a return within 28 hours of receiving their order if:

• The item is damaged or defective
• The wrong product has been delivered

To qualify for return(exchange/replacement)

• Item must be unused and in original condition
• Original packaging must be intact
• Proof (clear photo or video) must be provided

9. Exchange/Replacement Process

Once a return is received and inspected, Aurea will notify the customer regarding approval or rejection of the exchange/replacement process.

Once your request is reviewed and approved:

• A replacement item will be sent (same product or similar value item)
• If replacement is not available, an exchange option will be offered
• processing time may take 3 to 5 working days

Exchange/Replacement are not applicable for:

• Change of mind (unless approved)
• Used or damaged items caused after delivery
• Items without packaging

10. Shipping Charges

• If the error is from Aurea (wrong/damaged product), return shipping will be covered by us
• If exchange is due to customer preference, shipping charges will be borne by the customer
• Original delivery charges are non-refundable

11. Exchanges

• Exchanges are only offered for defective or damaged items, subject to stock availability

All content on this website, including but not limited to images, product designs, logos, text, and graphics, is the property of Aurea.
